Financial Information

Every patient's needs are different; therefore we will determine your fee according to your condition and the estimated duration of treatment. It is our goal to provide you with the most efficient and convenient payment schedule possible, and we will work with you to accommodate your needs. We accept payments via checks, credit cards, debit cards, automatic credit cards and automatic checking account withdrawal.

Payment Options

We offer several payment options to help meet your individual needs:

  • We offer an in-house financing service (OrthoBanc)
  • We accept MasterCard, Visa, and American Express
  • For families who wish to pay in full at the beginning of treatment, we will provide a discounted fee, as your full payment saves us administrative time and costs (for non-discounted treatment fees only).
  • For a no-down payment option, please ask us about CareCredit, our flexible financing program.

Insurance

We will contact your insurance carrier and obtain an estimate of your orthodontic benefits.

Orthodontic insurance generally pays the estimated benefit over the course of treatment. A portion of the total treatment cost will be paid as the initial fee, and the balance of the insurance is paid to us in increments. If insurance does not pay the maximum estimated amount, you will be responsible for paying the remaining balance. Remember that there are circumstances that will cause your insurance to change. Some of these reasons include:

  • Employer changing insurance carrier
  • Change in insurance benefit level
  • Change in employment during treatment

If a change in your insurance occurs, please notify us as soon as possible.

Insurance estimates are based on records as of the date of inquiry. This information may not be accurate on the date services are rendered. The estimate is neither an authorization nor a guarantee of eligibility, benefit or payment. If estimated insurance payments become past due or cannot be collected for any reason, the patient is responsible for the unpaid insurance balance.
